1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Content you upload and its metadata (file name, size, dimensions, checksum).
• Acceptance records: which legal documents you accepted, when, and the IP address and browser user-agent at that moment — kept as proof of agreement.
• Operational logs needed to run and secure the Service.

2. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To provide the Service and the features you request (performance of a contract).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
• To keep evidence that you accepted our policies (legitimate interests / legal obligation).

3. Processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the Service and your files, currently Supabase (database and storage) and Vercel (application hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms.

4. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. Deleted files are purged after a short grace period. Acceptance records are kept as long as needed to evidence your agreement.

5. Your rights

The Service is run by an individual hobbyist, who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing — just use the contact form. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use them for advertising.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under the age set out in the Terms.
