Jhin is an Ionian serial killer–artist who turns every murder into a meticulously staged performance, obsessed with beauty and the number four. In combat, he is a slow, positional marksman without mobility tools, relying on precise shots, traps, and a devastating fourth strike as the climax of his “stage.”
