Praise hymns and chant your prayers or hide you sins and cower, for the god of all Pokémon is here for Judgement's Day! With the help of the mystical Unowns and the power of the elemental plates, Arceus' wrath will destroy all enemies. Arceus is meant to be a very heavy hitter, that uses the Unown as support for controlling the opponent's positioning. Furthermore, the Unown empower Arceus' JUDGEMENT attack, turning it into an unstoppable barrage, and help Arceus in recovering or searching for cards. It's ability, which empowers one type of card per turn, is meant to represent Arceus' use of the plates to switch type and gain advantage on the opponent. I wanted to make a powerful character, to give justice to Arceus portrayal, but the deck may still need fixing and balancing, and needs to be tested more. I am open for any feedback or suggestion. Immediately : If there are 3 Unown on the board, your opponent cannot modify this card's value or cancel its effect.
After Combat : Deal 3 damage to every other opposing fighter in Arceus' zone.
Hidden Power
After Combat : If you won, choose 1:
- Deal 1 damage to the opposing fighter.
- Move the opposing fighter up to 3 spaces.
- The opposing fighter cannot move as part of their MANEUVRE until the start of your next turn.
earth power
After Combat : If you won, deal 2 damage to every opposing fighter in Arceus' zone.
Extremespeed
During Combat : If your fighter is not in the same space where it started this turn, this card's value is 5.
After Combat : If you won, gain 1 action.
Gravity
After Combat : The opposing fighter's movement is reduced by -1 until the start of your next turn. If you won, your opponent's fighter may not leave their space until the start of your next turn instead.
Speacetime alteration
During Combat : You may BOOST this card.
After Combat : If you won, discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.
Dimensional fracture
Immediately : Ignore your opponent's card value.
After Combat : Move one of the two fighters up to 3 spaces (they may move through opposing fighters).
Protect
Immediately : Cancel the effect of your opponent's card.
After Combat : If you won, Arceus cannot take damage until the end of this turn.
Illusory reality
During Combat : Add to this card's value the BOOST value of your opponent's card.
After Combat : If you won, you may move all Unown on the board by up to 3 spaces (you may move through opposing fighters).
Omnitype
Immediately : This card's value becomes equal to the value of your opponent's card.
Hall of origin
Choose 1:
- Place up to 2 defeated Unown back on the board in empty spaces in Arceus' zone.
- Arceus heals 3 HP.
Alpha and Omega
Choose 1:
- Every opposing fighter takes damage equal to 1+number of Unown on the board
- Draw cards equal to 1+number of Unown on the board.
Plates of creation
Gain 1 action and choose a type of card. Until the start of your next turn, your cards of that type gain +1 (this effect replaces the choice due to Arceus' effect for this turn).
The thousand hands of the creator
Search your deck or discard pile for a card with a BOOST value equal to 1 + the number of Unowns on the map and add it to your hand. If you took the card from the deck, shuffle the deck.
